Installations & Powered Extract Systems

From cable management installation to commissioning a completed system, we specialise in delivering a project from start to finish. We have extensive experience in the installation of passive, powered extract and pressurisation systems including vent installation, window/door actuators, extract fan installation and all associated controls.

Powered extract systems incorporate many of the same components as a natural ventilation system and use fans to control air movement. Powered extract systems are commonly used in car parks and where space limitations negate the use of natural ventilation systems.

Passive/Natural ventilation & Pressurisation Systems

Passive smoke ventilation utilises the natural buoyancy of smoke and is reliant on differences between the buildings internal and external temperature. Common examples are smoke shafts, stairwell vents and atrium/roof vents.

Pressurisation systems prevent the ingress of smoke into escape routes by ensuring the pressure within that area is greater than the areas surrounding it.

Electrical and Mechanical Services and Automated Controls
